Our job is to source the latest technologies and techniques to give you the most efficient and effective workout in a small group exercise environment. Most of our sessions last just 30 minutes. Double your results in half the time compared to working out alone in the gym. You'll have a friendly, expert Trainer to lead every group Personal Training session, keeping the numbers small to ensure real service and great value. And we'll follow up with expert nutrition advice and six-weekly reviews of your progress to ensure you reach your goals.

Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer Eirene also has Kettlebell Instructor qualification and is a keen climber, hence the nickname "Koala". Recently completed the 5 mile Spartan Obstacle Race - well done!
Karina Level 3 Personal Trainer qualified Karina is also a qualified massage therapist so expect a great warm down after your Group PT session. Craves courgette spaghetti with mashed avocado, garlic, lemon and basil when hungry. A competitive showjumper as a teen, horseriding is still one of her passions.
REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer qualified Misha has a Distinction in Performing Arts to go alongside her fitness qualifications. Feeling a little flat? Misha's energy and infectious enthusiasm will give you a lively session and a lot of fun!
