Our studio aims to create a familiar environment, more like a retail store or boutique, handily located to pop in while working, shopping or on the school run.

Our job is to source the latest technologies and techniques to give you the most efficient and effective workout in a small group exercise environment. Most of our sessions last just 30 minutes. Double your results in half the time compared to working out alone in the gym.

You'll have a friendly, expert Trainer to lead every group Personal Training session, keeping the numbers small to ensure real service and great value. And we'll follow up with expert nutrition advice and six-weekly reviews of your progress to ensure you reach your goals.

We know you’re pressed for time which is why most of our sessions last 30 minutes. You’ll get a high intensity but safe workout each time in a small group.

Powerplate Zone – Total Body Toning. Our classic workout. With a bank of over 1,000 exercises we incorporate strength, co-ordination, balance and flexibility for the ultimate toning and weight loss workout.

HIIT Training. Using High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) principles and designed to improve your cardio fitness and heart health you will also experience improvements in your metabolism whilst developing lean muscle mass.

Powerplate Zone - CardioCore. Helping you increase your fitness while focusing on developing a strong core for improved posture and a lower risk of back injury, as well as that holy grail, the flat stomach.

TRX Kettlebells. Uses the techniques of TRX and Kettlebells to emphasise basic movements including squatting, pressing, jumping and pulling to train your body for everyday life and strengthen your core. 30 minutes. Done.

Stretch & Relax. A perfect session to help regenerate and recover your muscles. Stretching each muscle group from top to toe, with a great Powerplate massage at the end to help you feel relaxed.

Ultimate Circuits (45mins!). The most advanced session on our timetable. Designed to burn the most calories and targeting most of the 640 muscles in your body, this session will push you harder than ever before!

If you’re more advanced you’ll find we incorporate a range of tools and techniques to stretch you including Powerbags, TRX, Kettlebells and ViPR.


Our Power Plate Zone, the latest in advanced vibration technology, to give you an intense workout far quicker than traditional resistance equipment.

John

John, FdSc & BSc Sports Healthcare, Director & Manager of GibFiT 30. He has been working with Powerplates since 2008, when he is not teaching his favourite ‘Total Body Toning’ session, he can probably be found carp fishing in the middle of nowhere.

Eirene

Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer Eirene also has Kettlebell Instructor qualification and is a keen climber, hence the nickname "Koala". Recently completed the 5 mile Spartan Obstacle Race - well done!

Karina

Karina Level 3 Personal Trainer qualified Karina is also a qualified massage therapist so expect a great warm down after your Group PT session. Craves courgette spaghetti with mashed avocado, garlic, lemon and basil when hungry. A competitive showjumper as a teen, horseriding is still one of her passions.

Misha

REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer qualified Misha has a Distinction in Performing Arts to go alongside her fitness qualifications. Feeling a little flat? Misha's energy and infectious enthusiasm will give you a lively session and a lot of fun!
